mi3 is a user-friendly diagnostic application that offers valuable insights into BMW electric vehicles. It proves to be a handy tool for both pre-purchase inspections and routine vehicle maintenance.

Key features include:

Real-time monitoring of various data sources not always accessible through the onboard system
Reporting on the Current State of Charge (SoC) and State of Health (SoH) of the EV High Voltage battery
Details on charging, including kW measurements and interactive chart views. Chart data can be accessed in text format locally under Files/BMW EV/charts/
Additional specifics such as cell temperatures and voltages, forecasted range, presented in min...max format
Monitoring of REX usage details, where applicable
Compatibility with various OBD adapters via Bluetooth (BT), WiFi, and ENET
Option to share information with A Better Routeplanner (ABRP) if required
Support for multiple BMW models including BMW i3/s, Mini Cooper SE, and future additions

Note that mi3 requires an OBD adapter to function and must be connected to the vehicle.
